All sales are final. At Bon Health, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully — including product details, sizes/variants, and quantities — before completing your purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges
Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy applies to all products offered in our store.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We review each case individually and, where appropriate, will arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
Refund Processing
In the limited cases where a refund is approved (such as a qualifying damaged or defective item that cannot be replaced), the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
